Hello Open Focus
I have started the Open Focus training just a couple of weeks ago by buying the Open Focus book and using the accompanying CD with it's 2 main tracks.
If someone is intending on continuing this process for a while do they just purchase the CDs (or MP3's) online and just follow one per week until all (18?) are complete.
Has anybody got any tips? Maybe there is a set training plan I have missed?
